Shipping

• Australia-Wide Shipping: We offer standard and express delivery options across Australia. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $500 AUD.
• Order Tracking: Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your Luxe Skin products on their way to you.
• International Shipping: We ship globally to select countries. Shipping rates and times vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

We want you to love your Luxe Skin products. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

• Change of Mind: We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Product Concerns: If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
